Employees use a clock-in and out system managed by The Hello Team. Their timesheets are sent to you weekly for review. All employees sign a detailed agreement outlining their responsibility to protect client data and comply with relevant regulations, including HIPAA and GDPR. They also ensure their devices meet strict security standards before beginning any work. We can connect you with third-party vendors who specialize in providing secure work environments, including anti-virus software, secure VOIP systems, and other tools tailored for remote work.
